Highlights

For those wishing to experience the majesty of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest Peak and experience the majestic beauty of these Giants, this is the trip for you. The Tsavo ecosystem is one of the largest in Kenya and for this less crowded than other parks.

We start our trip at Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most popular parks, named from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust.” This is one of the best places in Africa that you will be able to see vast herds of Elephants up close against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. If you are a nature lover, then you can explore five different habitats ranging from the dried up beds of Lake Amboseli, dry plains across which the Galana River flows and Savannah woodlands in Tsavo East and West.  The tour ends at the warm coastal village of Watamu where you will spend a few days enjoying and exploring the beach side at leisure. Watamu is a beautiful and peaceful village on the Kenya Coast, nestled between pristine beaches and lush tropical forest.

Tour Details

The first couple of days you will spend exploring Amboseli with all its’ spectacular displays of wildlife; Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Rhinos, Cheetah, Buffalo and various Plains’ Game, where postcard perfect pictures are guaranteed. You will explore some nature trails, where large populations of birdlife live; White-Bellied Go-Away Bird, Red Beaked Hornbills and Bateleur Eagles. From this bird watchers’ paradise, you will be taken to the scenic Lugards Falls, Mudanda Rocks and Aruba Dam where you will experience up close the infamous herds of Elephant covered in red dust live.
